ACTIVITY CHECK F.A.Q.

I.) WHAT IT IS . an activity check is a task performed by the staff of the site to determine who is active on the site and who is not. performed at the end of every month usually.

II.) HOW IT WORKS . when an activity check is being performed you the members will be informed via mass pm and email you will be informed of when it starts and when it ends and how long you have to respond. you will need to respond to the thread before the deadline with any and all accounts you have stating the character's name and giving a link of an active role play thread your character is in.

those who fail to respond will be double checked by the staff to see if they are active and if they do not have a recent post within the time of the activity check being performed they will be deleted, their character put up for adoption ((or reopened for takes if a canon)).

if you are on leave from the site when the check is performed ((and the staff know you are gone)) you will not lose your account or character(s) - you are only excused if the staff knows you were going to be gone.
